About these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain how ordering works on the Braiders Tools N More storefront. They reflect how the website operates today for customers in Ghana. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice.

The store

Braiders Tools N More is an online store selling braiding, wig-making, salon, and related beauty/hair tools and supplies. Website catalogue prices are retail prices shown in Ghana cedis (GHS).

Accounts and guest checkout

You may browse and place orders as a guest. Creating an account is optional for checkout. An account is required to use wishlist features and to view signed-in order history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Products, availability, and pricing

• Product details, variants, and prices are shown on product pages before checkout.
• Availability depends on current stock rules in the store (including preorder or bundle products where offered). An item in your bag may become unavailable before you complete payment.
• Order totals are calculated by the store at checkout. Merchandise subtotal plus any platform fulfilment fee charged by Braiders Tools N More form the amount payable online.
• We may correct obvious pricing or catalogue errors and cancel an affected unpaid order if needed.

Orders

Placing an order submits your bag and contact details to create an order record. Payment is a separate step after the order is created. An order may remain unpaid until Mobile Money payment is completed and confirmed.

Payments

When online payments are configured, checkout supports Mobile Money (for example MTN, Telecel, or AT) through our payment provider. You authorise payment of the order total shown for Braiders Tools N More. We do not collect Mobile Money PINs on our website.

Payment confirmation depends on the provider and our verification process. Until payment is confirmed, we may not prepare or release your order.

Delivery and pickup

Fulfilment options available at checkout include:

• Accra, Tema & Kasoa delivery — merchandise is paid online. Rider delivery fees are arranged separately and paid directly to the rider (not included in the website total).
• Regional Delivery — a fixed GH₵30 dispatch-to-station fee is included in the website total. Any additional transport charge at destination is paid separately to the bus or driver.
• Pickup — collect at Boston Pharmacy, Nii Amasa Street, after following the pickup instructions for your order.

Retail sales

This website currently sells at retail only. Wholesale and reseller purchasing are not currently offered.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Braiders Tools N More does not voluntarily accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing a correctly supplied, working product.

We inspect products and, where applicable, test them before dispatch or collection to help ensure they are supplied in good working condition. This does not mean that defects can never occur.

If an item is supplied defective or is not working as intended, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the issue. Once a defect is verified, our normal commercial remedy is replacement of the defective item with the same item, subject to availability. If the exact item is unavailable, we will discuss the next steps with you.

We do not voluntarily provide a cash refund where an appropriate replacement can be provided. More detail is available on our Returns & Refunds help page.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate prices or payment status, or interfere with other customers’ orders.

Changes

We may update these Terms when store policies or website behaviour change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
